Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or making a payment, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Capital YONO Legal Declaration Gate at first login records your acceptance with timestamp + IP.

2. Nature of services — IMPORTANT

Capital YONO provides advisory + AI-driven business intelligence. We are:

  • NOT a SEBI-registered investment adviser, broker, distributor or research analyst.
  • NOT an RBI-regulated bank or NBFC.
  • NOT an IRDAI-registered insurance intermediary.

All reports are opinion-based advisory and do not constitute solicitation, recommendation, or guarantee of any financial outcome, lender approval, investor outcome, or business result.

3. Engagement

  • You choose one of the six Capital YONO commercial models (AI Only / Meeting Only / AI+Meeting / Validated / AI+Validated / AI+Meeting+Validated).
  • Payment is due upfront. All amounts are GST-inclusive at 18%.
  • Report delivery is gated by the Workflow Lock — your report unlocks only after every condition in your chosen plan is satisfied.

4. Your obligations

  • Documents you upload are genuine, current, and you are authorised to upload them.
  • You will not mis-state material facts to Capital YONO or our advisors.
  • You will not use Capital YONO's reports for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All reports, frameworks, scorecards and software are owned by Capital YONO Advisory Services. You receive a non-transferable licence to use the report you purchased.

6. Limitation of liability

Capital YONO's total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the specific report or engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for material breach with 7 days' written notice. On termination, you can export your data per the DPDP rights page.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
