5.1 Core Principles
Capital Yono’s services involve real-time expert calendar allocation, AI processing, document review and prepared advisory work. Refund eligibility therefore depends on when the request is raised relative to service preparation status.
- No refund once AI processing, document review, expert review or report preparation has started for a booked engagement.
- Consultations may be rescheduled once if requested at least 4 working hours before the booked slot.
- No-show or late attendance (>10 minutes after the booked time) may not qualify for a refund.
- Duplicate payments are reviewed and refunded after verification (typically within 7 working days).
- Subscription cancellation follows the specific subscription plan terms; access continues till the paid period ends.
- Capital Yono may offer refund, credit or rescheduling at its discretion depending on facts.
5.2 How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
Email connect@capitalyono.com from your registered email, mentioning the order ID, plan / service code, payment date, registered mobile and reason. Our team will acknowledge within 1 working day and respond with the outcome within 3-7 working days, depending on case complexity.
5.3 Tax, GST & Gateway Charges
All fees are inclusive of GST where stated. Payment gateway charges incurred on processing may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
5.4 Discretionary Adjustments
Capital Yono may, at its sole discretion, offer credit notes, partial refunds, free rescheduling or service upgrades in genuine cases (medical emergency, family bereavement, advisor availability change, technical platform failure on our side). Such adjustments do not establish a precedent.
