Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy describes the conditions under which Capital YONO will entertain a refund or cancellation request for a paid service.

2. Cooling-off period

For any prepaid service, you may cancel within 24 hours of payment provided the report has not been generated and any scheduled advisor meeting has not started. In this case the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

3. AI reports already generated

Once an AI report is generated and delivered, the engagement is treated as complete and the fee becomes non-refundable. If you identify a factual error in the report, we will revise it at no additional cost within 7 days.

4. Advisor meetings

• Cancellation > 24 hours before the slot — full refund.
• Cancellation < 24 hours before the slot — 50% refund.
• No-show — no refund.
• Capital YONO-initiated cancellation — full refund OR free reschedule, your choice.

5. Validated reports

If you have selected an Advisor-Validated plan, the validation work commences after the AI draft. Once the validation work has commenced, the validation portion of the fee is non-refundable. The AI-Only portion can still be cancelled per clause 3.

6. How to raise a refund request

Write to billing@capitalyono.com with your engagement ID, transaction reference, and reason. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of approval.

7. Grievance

If you are not satisfied with the refund response, escalate to our Grievance Officer. Their decision is final.
