This Privacy Policy explains how Capital YONO Advisory Services (“Capital YONO”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our website at capitalyono.com and our advisory platform.
This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act).
We process your data based on (a) your explicit consent obtained at login through the Capital YONO Legal Declaration Gate, (b) performance of contract once you make a purchase, and (c) compliance with law.
